Known ATS Concerns

This article will be a running list of identified issues with ATS that Quinncia is aware of at this time.

• When uploading resumes, dates are pulled one month off what is listed on the document

• When you end a bullet point with a hyphen(-) separating a word or a two-part phase, that is seen as a grammatical error

  

• ATS does not recognize the employers as legal company names. The ATS parses the employers' legal name, so sometimes you need to include CORP., INC., LLC. etc, in order to have the ATS business name. For example, when I add "Inc" behind Ottalaus Health the position is then picked up. Here is a resource for students on this topic:
