Missing Confirmation Email

When you create an account or schedule an interview, Quinncia sends a confirmation email to your university inbox. If you are missing the confirmation email, do the following: 

• Check your Spam folder. Mark emails from Quinncia as Important and move them to your inbox. 
• Send us your university email address using the Need Help button if you don't see anything after 15 to 20 minutes. Mention that you are waiting on your welcome email or the link to your interview. 
• Send an email to our support team from your university email address if we are not available. We will confirm your email within 24 hours.
