My Interview Feedback Email Is Missing
When you complete an interview, you should automatically receive an email from Quinncia. Follow these instructions if you never received that email:
- Confirm that the email is not in your Spam folder.
- If you still don't see anything after 15-20 minutes, click the Need Help button.
- Send us your school email address and say that you have not received the link to your interview.
- If we are not available, then send an email to our support team using your university email address. We will confirm your email within 24hrs.

Note: The email for your interview feedback takes anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the file and your place in the queue.
