How to upload your Word Document resume to Quinncia and edit

Log in and access your dashboard. 

Activate your license on your dashboard page using the blue 'activate license' button

Navigate to the resume widget on your dashboard page and click Upload Resume.

Upload your resume in Word Document format.

The upload function will turn green when your file is ready to upload

Your experience and education information will auto-populate in Quinncia. Edit/add any details in these sections.

Upload your resume.

Review the score, improvements, and analysis provided by Quinn.

Note: Quinn shows your score in comparison to other students at your university.

Hover over the specific analysis or click the highlighted text or circle to see in-depth recommendations on how to improve your score.

Review and implement the improvements you received on your resume analysis.

To Make Edits:

At the top of your analysis, you will see the toggle from preview to edit mode. Be sure you are switched to edit:

Note: you will also be able to export updated Word Documents and PDFs directly from Quinncia after you make changes


Double-click on your resume to open the text bar and change everything from content to font size, space, margins, etc.

Where applicable, you will be able to do quick scans on your flags to check if you've resolved them as you edit your document

After you're done making edits, be sure to reanalyze and submit to update your total number of flags and score
