How To Use Quinncia - A Step by Step Guide

1. Check your student email for a link to your Quinncia profile. 
2. Click the link and follow the instructions to register your account.
A. If your school uses single sign-on (SSO), type in your university email and follow your usual sign-in process to create your account. If your school uses single sign-on (SSO), type in your university email and follow your usual sign-in process to create your account. 
B. If your school does not use SSO, type in your university email, enter the verification code sent to your email and fill out your full name and password to create your account.

3. Open your account to view the dashboard.

4. Click Activate License at the top of your profile.

5. Under the Resume widget, click Upload to upload your first resume.

6. Once you add your resume, a page appears that allows you to edit/add information in your Education and Experience sections.

7. Upload your resume. 

8. Review suggested improvements and analysis. Quinn compares your score to those of other students at your university.

A. Click General > Formatting > Content to see additional in-depth recommendations for improving your score. 

B. Flags are highlighted in red and Improvements are highlighted in yellow on the student's resume. Students must make the flagged edits so their resumes can parse ATS. Improvements are just optional recommendations for students to improve their resumes.

C. Suggestions appear in pop-up windows once a student selects the highlighted area. 

D. Quinn also shows you the technical and essential skills highlighted on your resume. 

 9. Try uploading another resume to see if you can increase your score after you review the feedback and make changes. 
 10. You can move on to the AI interview portion after completing the resume portion. 
 11. Navigate to the  Schedule Your Interview widget on your dashboard and click Schedule. 
 
12. Select a type of industry you are interested in.

  1. Choose a date and time. You have to schedule at least 5 minutes in advance to ensure that you have time to set up and prepare.

14. Receive an email in your inbox to confirm your interview time.

15. Spend a few minutes practicing. Utilize the tips that we send in the email!

16. You will receive an email to connect to your interview about 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Don't be late!

17. Follow the link to start your interview. You will have 2 minutes to complete the first questions and 90 seconds for every question after.

18. Be sure to submit your interview for analysis when you complete, if you don't submit you will not receive feedback

19. You will receive an email up to 24 hours after your interview is submitted saying your analysis is ready to view

20. Click the link in your email to view your full interview analysis
