Password Reset Link Not Working

If you are attempting to reset your Quinncia password but the link in your email is not working please check your security settings in your email, especially if you are using Outlook. 

  1. Click on File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > AutoCorrect Options > Auto Format.
  2. Place a checkmark in the "internet and network paths with hyperlinks" in the Replace section
  3. Place a checkmark in the "plain text e-mail documents" in the Always AutoFormat section
  4. Have the password reset email sent again and retest
Note: Outlook also disables clickable links in emails it thinks are junk mail. 
If the above doesn't work, go to: 
Home >Delete group > Junk > Junk Email Options. 
Click the Options tab then remove the check mark beside "Disable links and other functionality in phishing messages"
